Plydex is operated by Plydex. Contact theplydex@gmail.com with questions. These terms apply when you use Plydex or create an account. Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal information.

Plydex helps you discover games, compare store information and manage your personal library. It does not sell games, take payments for retailer purchases or act as the retailer.

Give accurate account information, keep your sign-in details secure and tell us if you suspect unauthorised access. Do not impersonate anyone, try to access another account, interfere with the site’s security or availability, or use Plydex for unlawful activity.

Do not post harassment, threats, unlawful material, spam, private information about other people, or content that infringes someone else’s rights. Follow the age restrictions of any games or external services you use.

You keep ownership of your reviews, notes and other original content. You give Plydex permission to store, process and display that content as needed to provide the features you choose, including displaying reviews and lists that you make public or share.

You are responsible for having permission to upload or share your content. You can edit or remove content using the available controls, or contact us for help. People who have already seen shared content may have made their own copies.

Prices, discounts, release dates, editions and availability may change or be incomplete. Check the selected region, platform and edition, then confirm all details at the retailer before buying. A notification or listing does not reserve stock or guarantee a price.

Purchases are made with the retailer under its own terms, refund rules and privacy policy. Retailers handle payment, delivery and purchase support. Game names, artwork and other third-party material remain the property of their respective owners. Plydex is independent of the stores and publishers it lists.

Where a link is an affiliate link, we identify it and may receive a commission if you buy through it. Ordinary retailer links do not automatically earn a commission. Affiliate links do not change the price displayed by Plydex or its recommendation calculations.

We aim to keep Plydex useful and available, but features may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn. Store information and external services can become unavailable. You can export your library from Profile to keep your own copy.

We may restrict an account or remove content where reasonably necessary to address misuse, a security concern or a legal requirement. Contact us if you think an action was taken in error. You can stop using Plydex at any time and request account deletion by email.

Plydex is provided for personal game discovery and organisation. We do not guarantee that every listing or recommendation is accurate or suitable for you. We are not responsible for a retailer’s fulfilment of a purchase or for third-party websites.

Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded, including liability for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or removes mandatory consumer or data-protection rights. Your rights under the laws that apply to you remain unaffected.
